Refund Policy

Effective date: 3 November 2026

This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Pratishtha (“Pratishtha”, “we”, “us”) can be refunded. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and the written proposal you accepted.

1. Free practice audit

The audit is free, so there is nothing to refund.

2. One-time projects (for example Launch, website and branding work)

  • Payments are made in stages: 40% to start, 40% on design approval and 20% before launch. Each payment pays for work that begins or is delivered at that stage.
  • Once a stage has started or been delivered, the amount paid for that stage is not refundable.
  • If we are unable to deliver the scope in your proposal for reasons on our side, we will refund the part of your payment that relates to work not yet delivered.
  • If you decide to stop a project partway, you remain responsible for the work completed up to that point, and we will refund any amount you have paid beyond it.

3. Monthly plans (for example Growth and Authority)

  • Monthly fees are paid in advance and cover the work planned for that month, so the fee for a month that has begun is not refundable.
  • Plans have a 3-month minimum. After the minimum term, you can end the plan with 30 days’ written notice, and you will not be charged for months after the notice period ends.
  • If we fail to deliver an agreed monthly deliverable, we will first complete it in the following period, or if that is not possible, give you a credit or refund for that item.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform (such as Meta or Google). We cannot refund them, and refunds, if any, are governed by the platform’s own rules.

5. Third-party costs

Costs paid to others on your behalf or for you, such as domain names, hosting, paid tools, stock content and renewals, are not refundable once purchased.

6. Results

As explained in our Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee rankings, followers, enquiries or income. A refund is therefore not available only because a particular result was not achieved.

7. Duplicate or wrong payments

If you were charged twice or paid the wrong amount by mistake, we will refund the extra amount in full once we have confirmed it.

8. How to request a refund

  • Send your request in writing through the free practice audit form on this website, marked “Refund request”, with your name, the service, the payment date and amount, and the reason.
  • We will reply within 7 working days.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. GST on the refunded amount will be adjusted as the law requires.
